Job Description

Senior Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the training team to deliver high-impact learning programs across business units.
  • Design and implement structured learning roadmaps for sales teams, using modern instructional methodologies .
  • Conduct functional, behavioral, and product training for field forces and first-line managers.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Heads, and HR teams to align learning programs with organizational goals.
  • Leverage digital tools, e-learning platforms, and AI-enabled learning to drive continuous development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through analytics and feedback, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Drive culture-building and competency framework initiatives within the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences or Pharmacy (preferred).
  • 1015 years of Pharma Sales experience including at least 5 years in L&D or Training leadership.
  • Proven team-handling experience and expertise in adult learning, facilitation, and capability development.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
