What are we looking for? ?¢Insurance domain ?? CII course designations for UK Life & Pensions; LOMA ALMI/FLMI for US Life; Associateship designation from the Institutes; RPF/QKA form ASPPA?¢Minimum 5+ years experience of managing insurance capability creation and transition interventions?¢In-depth knowledge of relevant insurance domain?¢Knowledge of MS Office products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills?¢Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to Live Meeting, Meeting Place preferred?¢12+ years of experience in UK Pension domain?? with industry experience in financial services Ex- Commercial Property. Client Admin, Investment Admin or Business Admin?¢2 ?? 3 years of work experience in transitions. Should have managed or part of minimum 3 transitions ?¢2 ?? 3 years of training or teaching experience?¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required?¢Training Needs Analysis (TNA)?¢Investment Management?¢Client & Stakeholder Management?¢Ability to meet deadlines?¢People Development ?? Feedback & Coaching

Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems?¢ Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures?¢ The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals?¢ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads?¢ Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture?¢ The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments?¢ Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams?¢ Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture?¢ Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
