Job Description

As a Sales Manager at VeSure Technologies, your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team will be crucial, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with marketing for effective sales campaigns are also essential aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze sales performance - Negotiate and close major contracts - Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting - Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management - Participate in industry events and conferences - Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in IT/software/SaaS sales at a managerial level - Demonstrated leadership skills - In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Experience in CRM implementation and utilization - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using sales and productivity tools - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Professional certification in sales or a related field is a plus - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Understanding of IT/software industry trends and technologies Additional Details: VeSure Technologies offers a full-time position located in Kalkaji, Delhi, requiring an in-person work location. The expected start date is 21/10/2024, and the benefits include Provident Fund, a morning shift schedule, and a performance bonus. This role demands a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS, and CRM software.
