Role Overview
Supreme SCS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Sr. Manager - (Regional Operation Manager – North & East)
to lead and scale its multi-client warehouse and distribution operations across India. The role requires deep logistics expertise, leadership capability, and strong focus on warehouse operational control, customer service, cost management, and execution excellence at the warehouse floor level.This role requires the candidate to be actively involved at the warehouse Operation by frequently Visiting & traveling to all sites in North and East India Warehouses on regular basis — overseeing day-to-day operations hands-on, resolving issues in real time, and driving team performance on-site.The RM will also handle new project implementations – including warehouse setups, client onboarding, and process deployment – ensuring operational readiness and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations across multi-client warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
- Maintain a strong warehouse presence to supervise daily activities, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure operational flow.
- Own and drive P&L performance for the operations division.
- Ensure on-time, accurate, and cost-effective fulfilment of client orders across sectors including FMCD and industrial.
- Establish and monitor site-level KPIs such as TAT, inventory accuracy, dispatch accuracy, and OTIF.
- Implement SOPs, automation, and digital tools (WMS, TMS) for visibility and control.
- Lead warehouse teams across locations, ensure performance, discipline, safety, and continuous training.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Admin, and IT for end-to-end support.
- Improve operational processes related to space utilization, labor productivity, and cost control.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, legal, and client audit standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and lead monthly business reviews and performance reports.
New Project Implementations
- Oversee greenfield/brownfield warehouse setup, infrastructure readiness, manpower deployment.
- Drive client onboarding timelines, from planning to go-live.
- Establish SOPs, KPIs, team responsibilities, and escalation matrix for new operations.
- Interact with business development and pre-sales teams to assess operational feasibility for new clients.
- Lead the design of end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions based on client needs (storage type, throughput, automation, manpower, etc.).
- Create and propose solution blueprints, layout plans, capacity models, SOPs, and resource planning.
- Evaluate client RFPs/RFQs and develop customized operational plans and cost models.
- Ensure solution implementation aligns with design specs and client expectations during go-live.
- Recommend process improvements, automation ideas, and scalable frameworks for new and existing sites.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years in logistics and warehousing, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role overseeing warehouse floor operations
- Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, tech integrations, and warehouse automation
- Exposure to multi-site and multi-client warehouse setups
- Strong knowledge of manpower deployment, productivity, cost control, and safety protocols
Preferred Industry Background
- 3PL Logistics / Contract Logistics
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently across North and East India.
