Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure they are done safely, accurately, and efficiently. Staff Management & Task Assignment: Lead and supervise the floor team handling inward and outward operations, ensuring proper allocation of tasks. Ensure that all team members are clear on their responsibilities and tasks for the day to meet operational goals and deadlines. Provide guidance and support to floor staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Documentation & Tracking: Ensure accurate documentation of inward and outward shipments, including delivery notes, stock receipts, and dispatch logs. Track and verify shipments, ensuring that goods are received or dispatched according to schedule. Coordinate with the inventory team to confirm stock levels and report any discrepancies in inward or outward operations. Ensure that proper checks are carried out for damaged or defective goods during both inward and outward operations. Ensure that the packaging, labeling, and sorting processes are followed for accurate deliveries and returns. Timely Processing: Oversee the timely processing of inward and outward shipments to meet customer deadlines. Address any delays or issues in the process and find solutions to ensure continuous movement of goods. Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility. Inventory Control and Stock Accuracy: Work with the inventory team to ensure that all inward and outward movements are accurately reflected in the inventory management system. Assist in stock reconciliation and perform checks to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are accounted for and stored properly. Ensure proper stock rotation and handling, especially for time-sensitive or perishable items. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure that the inward and outward operations comply with safety regulations. Ensure that all handling equipment is in good working condition, and staff is trained in using it safely. Ensure that all operations are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and company policies. Problem Resolution: Handle issues related to inbound and outbound logistics, such as delays, discrepancies, or quality issues. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Manager - (Regional Operation Manager – North & East) to lead and scale its multi-client warehouse and distribution operations across India. The role requires deep logistics expertise, leadership capability, and strong focus on warehouse operational control, customer service, cost management, and execution excellence at the warehouse floor level. This role requires the candidate to be actively involved at the warehouse Operation by frequently Visiting & traveling to all sites in North and East India Warehouses on regular basis — overseeing day-to-day operations hands-on, resolving issues in real time, and driving team performance on-site. The RM will also handle new project implementations – including warehouse setups, client onboarding, and process deployment – ensuring operational readiness and commercial success.
