Floor Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor at 23North Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role involves overseeing the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring all processes are carried out according to established procedures. You will monitor loading and unloading activities to guarantee safe, accurate, and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the floor team handling inward and outward operations, ensuring proper task allocation and clear responsibilities for team members. - Providing guidance and support to floor staff, equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge. - Ensuring accurate documentation of shipments, tracking and verifying goods, and coordinating with the inventory team to confirm stock levels. - Monitoring product quality during both inbound and outbound operations, conducting checks for damaged or defective goods, and overseeing packaging, labeling, and sorting processes. - Overseeing timely processing of shipments to meet customer deadlines, addressing delays or issues, and coordinating with transport and logistics teams. - Working with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock movements, performing stock reconciliation, and ensuring proper stock rotation and handling. - Enforcing safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling problem resolution related to logistics operations. - Collaborating with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless movement of goods and effective communication across departments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in managing inward and outward operations or logistics in a warehouse or supply chain environment. - Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
