You will be responsible for designing a robust test strategy and high-level test scenarios to ensure thorough testing of the logic and handoffs supporting the End to End (E2E) business flows. You will collaborate with application teams to develop test strategies, identify data needs, and track/report progress and issues to obtain approval of test results. As a QA & Testing Senior Analyst, you will coordinate test executions, define mitigation strategies for testing/quality risks, and work with various stakeholders to confirm schedules and resource allocations. Additionally, you will maintain dashboards on testing progress, identify automation opportunities, and promote continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions and best practices implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in coordinating complex integration testing efforts, strong communication and team management skills, and deep knowledge of testing methodologies in agile environments like SAFe, Scrum & Kanban. You should be able to translate high-level specifications into clear testing requirements, have strong technical and analytical skills, and experience with integration testing across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include documenting test strategies and plans, assigning tasks to the team, working with large solution programs, providing status reporting, and influencing participants to drive results. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable in a dynamic work environment, and have solid interpersonal and team-building skills. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry/PBM is preferred, and experience with tools like Jira, SOAP UI, Informatica, and ETL testing will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in functional testing, SQL, Agile methodologies, and tools like Selenium with Java and Cucumber BDD Framework will be advantageous. Strong time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a diverse environment are essential for this role.,
