You will be joining our Royal Enfield Service Centre team on Burdwan Road as an experienced and customer-focused floor supervisor. Your main responsibilities will include: - Having a deep understanding of the two-wheeler industry - Proficiency in computer usage - Demonstrating excellent customer service skills It will be essential for you to effectively manage technicians and ensure the daily service operations run smoothly.
