🔹 Position Overview

Transport Loading Supervisor

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Loading:
• Ensure proper loading of vehicles according to dispatch schedules, load type, and route requirements.
• Bilty Preparation:
• Prepare and verify all bilty / LR documents before vehicle departure.
• Vehicle Document Verification:
• Check all vehicle-related documents such as RC, insurance, driver’s license, vehicle fitness, permit, and PUC prior to dispatch.
• Coordination with Transport Team:
• Communicate loading schedules and vehicle placements with the operations and dispatch teams.
• Material Verification:
• Ensure that shipment documents match physical goods before dispatch.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Maintain safety standards during loading and confirm vehicle readiness for transport.
• Damage & Discrepancy Reporting:
• Report any shortages, damages, or mismatches during loading immediately to the Traffic In-Charge.
• Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain daily records of vehicle loading, bilty details, and dispatch reports for management review.
  

🔹 Key Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2–4 years in transport or warehouse loading supervision in logistics or warehousing.
• Knowledge:
• Transport documentation (Bilty / LR, e-way bill, challan).
• Vehicle document verification standards.
• Loading safety norms and compliance requirements.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, MS Office); TMS/WMS experience preferred.
  

🔹 Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Preferred: Diploma or certification in Logistics / Transport / Supply Chain Management.
