Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Human Resource at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in driving key HR metrics for a global sub-portfolio within the Corporate vertical. Your responsibilities will include driving governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost, engaging and collaborating with internal and external partners for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, HR Shared Services, and strategic HR interventions. You will operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and team development, while also leading HR initiatives and best practices. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, requiring strong client management skills.
