Sr Manager

As a Business Process Transformation Lead at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to elevate organizational performance. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, and devise strategies for enhancing process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. By developing and implementing process enhancement strategies that align with organizational objectives, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will measure process performance, identify optimization areas, and create comprehensive process models using tools like BPMN, EPC, and UML. Furthermore, you will lead large-scale process re-engineering projects from inception to successful execution, managing project plans encompassing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and DMADV will be instrumental in driving process improvements across projects. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to evaluate process effectiveness and facilitate organizational growth. With a strong background in process transformation and relevant certification like Six Sigma Black Belt, you will demonstrate proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, ARIS, and Celonis. Your ability to analyze complex problems, devise innovative solutions, and make data-informed decisions will be paramount in this role. Effective communication, exceptional leadership, and interpersonal skills will enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive impactful change within the organization. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a preference for an MBA qualification.
