Job Description

As a Business Process Transformation Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed analysis of existing processes, developing and implementing improvement strategies, and leading large-scale process re-engineering projects. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, utilize data-driven insights, and drive the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across projects and processes. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, manage project plans, and establish key performance indicators will be essential in this role. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. - Develop and implement process improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Utilize data-driven insights to measure process performance and identify optimization areas. - Develop detailed process models using various modeling tools and techniques. - Lead large-scale process re-engineering projects from conception to implementation. - Monitor project progress, ensuring objectives are met and addressing any issues. - Drive the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across projects. - Establish and track key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness. - Facilitate Lean Six Sigma training and workshops to build organizational capabilities. - Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives. - Communicate complex concepts and project updates effectively to diverse audiences. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Extensive experience in process transformation with relevant certification. - Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in process modeling tools and software. - Strong project management skills. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in management consulting firms is preferred. - CRM knowledge/experience on tools viz. Salesforce is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business or a related field and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using process transformation methodologies.
