Job Description

As a Lead at CredFolks, you will be responsible for driving the development and expansion of the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales strategy, revenue growth, and client acquisition for SCF solutions - Building and managing relationships with corporates - Overseeing end-to-end SCF sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure - Analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities in SCF - Ensuring high-quality service delivery and optimized operational processes - Monitoring team performance, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement - Working closely with leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives To qualify for this role, you should possess: - Strong leadership, sales acumen, and decision-making skills - Proven experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and project management - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to interpret business trends and implement effective sales strategies - Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements - A Master's degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred) - 3+ years of experience in sales, management, and leadership roles (preferably in SCF or financial services),
