Job Description

Job Title: Sr Manager

Experience: Min 7 years

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee closure of new and existing leasing contracts, renewals, and term expiries.
To lease vacant areas in the assets
Tenant Lease Lifecycle Management & Tenant Relationship Management
Drive rental growth to exceed business plan targets.
Analyze commercial aspects of leasing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers.
Monitor market trends, competitor buildings, and tenant movements.
Respond to all received RFPs.
Maintain leasing records and manage end-to-end leasing transactions (pre & post-RFP).
Prepare and maintain deal summaries for LOI/ATL/LD submission and approvals.
Ensure timely submission and management of schedules for existing and new deals.
Manage records related to billing, lease renewals, costing, master plans, invoices, and legal notices.
Collaborate with technical teams for deal costing and summarization.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure all post-RFP steps are completed until deal closure.
Resolve conflicts during the lease lifecycle.
