Continuously reviewing HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency will be part of your responsibilities. You will also work with cross-functional teams to implement HR process automation and system enhancements. As a trusted advisor, you will address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment, acting as a liaison between employees and management. Leveraging HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning will be critical in this role. You will generate actionable insights on HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and talent development. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably with at least 2 years in a tech start-up environment. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, is essential to succeed in this role.,
