Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, this role offers you the opportunity to have a strategic impact on the business and enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities will involve driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives to improve organizational performance. This position will focus on talent management, employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and partnering with Delivery Heads and employees to implement HR strategies effectively. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies supporting employee engagement, career development, and talent retention. You will also be responsible for driving change management initiatives to enhance organizational culture and create a positive work environment. Additionally, you will lead efforts in employee engagement through various means such as one-on-one meetings, skip-level discussions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. In this role, you will guide managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives focused on driving culture change, aligning organizational values with employee competency and performance, and executing Employee Engagement programs and Monthly Events. Continuously reviewing HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency will be part of your responsibilities. You will also work with cross-functional teams to implement HR process automation and system enhancements. As a trusted advisor, you will address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment, acting as a liaison between employees and management. Leveraging HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support workforce planning will be critical in this role. You will generate actionable insights on HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and talent development. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably with at least 2 years in a tech start-up environment. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, is essential to succeed in this role.,
