Job Description

HR Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Management:

  • Partner with department heads and managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Identify learning and development needs and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
