Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Specialist with a strong background in finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support while leveraging their financial expertise to assist clients with financial-related inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and solutions in the support system.
Financial Assistance:Provide expert advice on financial products and services.
Assist customers with financial transactions, account management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a financial services environment.
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in using customer support software and financial tools.
