Role Overview

Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate and qualify leads and share them with the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and inquiries.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for timely responses.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
