Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a polite, persistent, and professional Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary goal is to reach out to students who are interested in beauty courses, explain our programs clearly, and invite them to the academy for a visit. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Handling

  • Call prospective students (leads provided by the academy from social media/website).
  • Clearly explain course details, fees, and career benefits to students and parents.
  • Aim to make [Target Number, e.g., 50-60] effective calls per day.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates until they visit the academy.

2. Inbound Inquiries

  • Answer incoming calls to the academy's official number professionally.
  • Address basic queries regarding course duration, location, and fees.
  • Redirect complex technical queries to the Senior Counselor or Director.

3. Data Management (CRM)

  • Update all call details, student interest levels, and follow-up remarks in the GetLead CRM tool immediately after every call.
  • Manage lead status (Interested, Not Interested, Callback, Visited) directly in the software to ensuring no lead is missed.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline of follow-ups within the CRM.

4. Coordination

  • Schedule walk-in appointments for students to meet the admission team.
  • Send course brochures and location maps via WhatsApp to interested leads.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills:
  • Malayalam: Excellent/Native fluency is mandatory. You must sound warm and professional.
  • English: Basic to Intermediate communication skills (able to read names/courses and speak basic sentences).
  • Experience: * Minimum 6 months of proven experience in telecalling or telesales is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web and CRM navigation).
  • Familiarity with GetLead CRM or similar tools is a plus.
  • Patience and a positive attitude, even when handling rejected calls.
  • Discipline to follow up without being reminded.
