Team Alignment: Ensure the creative team is aligned with the project vision, timelines, and output expectations. Set the benchmark for quality and consistency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with copywriters, marketing, digital, and product teams to bring ideas to life across mediums. Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate brand visual language and identity through all creative outputs. Planning & Process: Own planning for design deliverables, priorities creative resources, and uphold delivery timelines without compromising quality. Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in fine arts, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 910 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency environment. Proven track record of leading and delivering high-impact campaigns across platforms (TV, digital, print, OOH, social). Strong command over tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in motion/3D is a plus. Strong time and project management skills.
