Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Provide product/service information clearly and effectively.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments if required.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

  • Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus.

  • Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

  • Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support will be an advantage.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
