Sr. Talent Development Specialist (PR2) – Talent
Development, Cimpress IndiaThe Sr. Talent Development Specialist (PR2) role is a key position within the Cimpress India Talent Development team. This role is responsible for the design, execution, and strategic oversight of impactful learning and development initiatives that drive organizational performanceand support the growth of employees across Cimpress India.Key Responsibilities & Strategic FocusThis senior role focuses on translating business strategy into effective, data-driven L&D programs, encompassing design, delivery, and measurement:
  • Strategic Program Design & Leadership
  • Design and architect complex, high-impact learning solutions, particularly for leadership development, performance management, and culture transformation.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, content customization, and deployment across multiple business units.
  • Conduct advanced learning needs analysis to identify critical skill gaps and emerging organizational requirements, moving beyond immediate requests to anticipate future
needs.
  • Extend hands-on support and expertise in Learning and Leadership Interventions (e.g. high-potential programs).
  • Data Analytics & Impact Measurement
  • Define and implement robust measurement strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 2, and 3) to quantify the business impact of L&D investments.
  • Lead the analysis and projection of training data, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership (e.g., forecasting skill readiness, ROI analysis).
  • Oversee and optimize the architecture of learning platforms for data integrity, reporting efficiency, and enhanced user experience.
  • Present complex data findings through clear, actionable MIS dashboards and reports to inform talent strategy.
  • Facilitation & Delivery Excellence
  • Lead the delivery and facilitation of complex, high-stakes learning sessions and workshops. This includes core programs focused on leadership principles, management capabilities, change management, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Serve as the facilitator for organizational interventions, ensuring dynamic and impactful learning experiences for mid-to-senior level audiences.
  • Mentor and coach junior Talent Development team members on advanced instructional design, best-in-class facilitation techniques, and effective data utilization to build team capability.
  • Ensure all learning content (digital, virtual, and instructor-led) is engaging, current, and impeccably aligned with Cimpress values and strategic
  • Stakeholder Consultation & Communication
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert to HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent development needs and solutions.
  • Drive high engagement and adoption of learning platforms through innovative communication strategies and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced Analytical Proficiency: Proven ability to manage, analyze, and leverage large datasets for strategic data projection and decision-making in L&D.
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Demonstrated capability in translating business challenges into comprehensive, scalable learning roadmaps.
  • Consulting & Influencing: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
  • Content Mastery: Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies.
  • Facilitation Mastery: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for senior audiences.
  • Proficient in the use of Google workspace
Academic & Work Experience
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development.
  • Academic (Preferred): MBA / PGDM – HR, or a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Work Environment
  • Location: Bglr/Ahmedabad/Mumbai.
  • Work Arrangement: Mostly remote way of working, with flexibility to work from the office as business needs require.
  • Shifts: Flexibility with shifts is required based on the nature of global projects and stakeholder time zones.
