The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various IT domains. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure the right talent is identified and engaged efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain an excellent candidate experience. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
