Job Summary: The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategic and operational HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and engagement. The role requires close collaboration with various departments including operations, production, and compliance to support workforce needs and ensure a healthy work culture aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead change management, workforce restructuring, and strategic HR projects. Act as a business partner to senior management, providing HR insights for key decisions. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Drive employer branding and talent pipeline development. Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill employees. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Performance Management: Lead goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback cycles. Facilitate performance improvement plans and succession planning. Compliance & Policies: Ensure 100% statutory compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, and Factory Act. Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, policies, and processes. Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal. Design and implement employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor onboarding process including due diligence and documentation. Draft and manage vendor agreements in coordination with the legal/compliance team. HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for audits and management review. Lead internal audits and coordinate with compliance teams as needed. Workplace Culture & Safety: Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure workplace safety and hygiene. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
