Sr. HR Manager

We are hiring a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function with strategic focus on talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will drive people-centric policies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure statutory compliance, internal policy adherence, and HR audits.
• Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Design and implement employee engagement, rewards, and retention programs.
• Act as an advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and organizational structure.
• Manage HR budgets, vendor coordination, and third-party service providers.
• Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous feedback.
• Use HR analytics for decision-making and workforce optimization.
• Mentor and guide the HR team to build a strong and effective department.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
• Expertise in labor laws, compliance, talent management, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
