Pharmacy Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Pharmacy Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, maintain inventory, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the pharmacy
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines
• Supervise and guide pharmacy staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for medication needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)

Key Skills:
Inventory management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, communication skills, customer service, attention to detail

• Valid pharmacist license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or retail pharmacy management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
