Pharmacy Manager

• Maintain proper inventory, enable smooth operations and lead the team in Pharmacy Department as per prescribed protocols.
• Assist in planning and implementing hospital Pharmacy improvements.
• Coordinating and resolving all operational issues in pharmacy department.
• Understanding the supply chain and streamlining the process to achieve maximum efficiency.
• To supervise stocks in pharmacies on a weekly basis and submit bi weekly report to HOD.
• Should supervise the inventory such that levels are continuously monitored and that requisitions are raised for items which are below Re-Order Level.
• Responsible for training and mentoring all new Pharmacists this includes training on internal procedures, customer management, recommendation of substitutes, drug usage counselling etc.
• Oversee maintenance of Pharmacy in a neat and logical fashion; should ensure that all stocks in the Pharmacy are labelled and arranged in a logical manner.
• Ensure the best patient care departmental practices across the branches.
• To implement best practices for cost saving and smooth operation of the department.
• Co ordination with the staff and ability to work in a teamAble to speak local language along with understanding

Qualification

D Pharm / B Pharm / M Pharm with registration
