Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage core HR operations, with a focus on ESI, PF, and Time Office functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of statutory compliance and employee attendance systems, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ESI & PF compliance including registration, monthly returns, and audits
• Maintain and manage Time Office functions – attendance, leave records, shift schedules, biometric data
• Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws
• Support recruitment processes as needed
• Assist in onboarding and exit formalities
• Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, and statutory benefits
• Prepare HR reports as required by management

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliances
• Experience in Time Office/Attendance Management systems
• Familiar with HRMS/payroll software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage confidential data responsibly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
