Job Description

We need an HR Generalist who can manage hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations. The person should be able to run daily HR activities smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Plan hiring timelines and recruitment steps
  • Write and update job descriptions
  • Source candidates from job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct first-round calls
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Share feedback and shortlist candidates
  • Do background and reference checks
  • Manage onboarding and documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll support
  • Assist with employee queries and HR policies
  • Maintain HR files and ensure basic compliance work

Skills Needed:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Strong communication
  • Knowledge of hiring and basic HR operations
  • Good organizing and follow-up skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
