Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Conduct background checks and verify documents.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the organization.
  • Follow recruitment policies and support employer branding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
