Sr. HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for driving key HR functions to ensure the success of the organization. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning and day-to-day operational tasks while keeping in mind the overall organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes which include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and retention strategies to create a positive work environment. - Support performance management cycles by assisting in goal-setting, conducting reviews, and providing feedback sessions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices to maintain a legally sound work environment. - Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution to foster a harmonious workplace. - Maintain HR records, HRMS data, and prepare reports for management review to track HR metrics effectively. - Partner with managers to identify learning and development needs, and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills. - Lead exit processes including documentation, full & final settlement, and exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees. - Contribute to HR process improvements and support organizational growth initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. - Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and resolve conflicts professionally. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
