Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to handle a variety of HR functions including recruitment, fleet management , and employee relations . The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and experience working with international clients , particularly from Australia, US, New Zealand, Canada. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles Manage end-to-end hiring process and onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Employee Relations Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement and communication Address employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns professionally Support performance evaluation and feedback processes Fleet Management Coordinate and manage with higher management and look affordable deals for buying vehicles in Australia. Maintain records of True Blue’s Fleet of cars. HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Required Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of relevant HR experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams Experience working with international clients , preferably Australian Well-organized with good time-management and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have: Knowledge of Australian labour practices or culture.
