Sr. HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Assured Care Consultancy in the Automotive Sector, working with Australian clients, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dynamic team by handling various HR functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, fleet management, and employee relations. Your excellent communication skills and understanding of HR processes will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for employees and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Source, screen, and interview candidates for different roles - Manage end-to-end hiring process and onboarding - Coordinate with department heads to determine hiring needs - Employee Relations - Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement and communication - Address employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns professionally - Support performance evaluation and feedback processes - Fleet Management - Coordinate with higher management to find affordable deals for purchasing vehicles in Australia - Maintain records of True Blues Fleet of cars - HR Administration - Maintain employee records and HR documentation - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 3+ years of relevant HR experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams - Experience working with international clients, particularly Australian Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Australian labour practices or culture - Familiarity with HR software and tools Join Assured Care Consultancy for the opportunity to work closely with international clients, be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, experience career growth in a fast-growing organization, and receive competitive compensation and benefits.
