Manage employee induction and onboarding processes. HR Operations: Maintained records of Employee attendance, leaves of absence, overtime, vacation time and other related data. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Compliance & Statutory: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Maintain compliance registers and coordinate audits. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's and master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
