Responsibilities: - Knowledge of dispatch processes Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/Tally preferred) Good organizational and communication skills Coordination and Planning Inventory Management Transportation Management Team Supervision Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the FMCG industry. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operations under pressure.
