Develop and manage relationships with electrical contractors, dealers, solar EPCs, and industrial clients. Generate leads, negotiate pricing, and close orders to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor local market trends and competitors’ activities. Conduct field visits, product demos, and site follow-ups. Coordinate with HO for supply chain, billing, and after-sales support. Provide regular reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. ✅ Key Requirements Graduate in Engineering (Electrical) or a related discipline; MBA is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of cables, wires, solar inverters, or electrical products. Strong dealer/distributor network in Jaipur or Rajasthan region. Knowledge of solar installation, inverters, or electrical standards preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills. Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
