Job Description

Position Name - Billing Executive

Experience - 2+ Years

Location - Agra

Pay - 15000-21000

About the Company:

Solar One Energy is a leading distributor of solar panels, inverters, wires, and other solar energy components. We are committed to promoting clean and sustainable energy solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update billing records and databases.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure correct billing as per delivery and order details.
Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and GST details before invoice creation.
Handle credit notes, debit notes, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist in preparing daily and monthly billing reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles (preferably in trading or distribution).
Knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / GST billing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
