Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Billing & Stock Transfer

Prepare sales invoices for batteries, solar products, automotive parts, inverters, UPS systems, etc.
Verify product specifications, price & scheme before billing.
Generate GST invoices, proforma invoices, delivery challans, and job-work bills in Tally ERP 9.
Apply correct HSN codes for batteries, electronics, and automotive items.

Inventory Coordination

Update stock movement in Tally after every sale/dispatch.
Coordinate with the store team to match GRNs, delivery slips, stock transfers.

Bank Collection

Entry of collection received in Bank
Bank Reconciliation

Sales Return

Booking of sales return with proper documentation

Distributor / OEM / Customer Coordination

Coordinate with retailers, distributors, dealers, OEM clients regarding invoice and payment status.
Resolve billing discrepancies and provide duplicate invoices or warranty support.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain billing registers, dispatch documents, E-way bills, and collection reports.
Support audits with proper documentation for battery and solar product sales.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and outstanding reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Working experience of Tally ERP9 (Mandatory)
Good knowledge of GST Billing and HSN codes.
Minimum 2-3 years of billing experience
Understanding of battery, solar or automotive products
