With a growing national footprint, we are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Job Summary:- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SR. HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at our Chikhli manufacturing facility . The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws while helping to build a productive and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads. Manage employee induction and onboarding processes. HR Operations: Maintained records of Employee attendance, leaves of absence, overtime, vacation time and other related data. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Compliance & Statutory: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Maintain compliance registers and coordinate audits. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's and master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG. Knowledge of labour laws and factory HR procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and Advance Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to relocate to Chikhli, Gujarat . Preferred Skills: Experience in HR operations in a factory environment. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Ability to work independently and in a team. Remuneration: As per industry standards and based on experience. Relocation Support: Relocation assistance (such as Travelling and Food Allowance) may be provided for candidates moving to Chikhli.
