Franchise Development executive or manager

Job Role & Responsibilities: As a Franchise Development Executive, you will be actively involved in the decision-making and execution of our retail and franchise expansion. Your key responsibilities will include: Retail & Franchise Expansion: Identify and shortlist suitable retail store locations with the help of real estate brokers. Conduct site visits, analyze feasibility, and get management approvals. Project Coordination & Execution Work closely with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of store interiors & infrastructure as per the timeline. Coordinate with marketing and promotion agencies for grand store launches as well ongoing marketing and promotions. Store Operations & Support: Ensure stock management, supply chain coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations of company-owned stores. Provide similar support to franchise stores once franchise partners come on board. Desired Candidate Profile: ✔ Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any faculty). ✔ Experience: At least 2 years in Retail and/or Franchise Development (preferred). Required Skills: Strong communication & coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (real estate brokers, vendors, marketing agencies, etc.).
