Job Title: Senior Executive – HR & Operations

Location: Sector 68, Mohali

Department: Human Resources & Operations

Job Overview:

At Dr Arora’s Clinic Pvt Ltd we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive – HR & Operations who will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and driving a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a people-centric approach, and the ability to independently handle hiring, payroll, employee engagement, and grievance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and daily operational HR tasks.

3. Payroll Management

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and increments.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Handle reimbursements, allowances, and statutory compliance (PF/ESI) inputs.

4. Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and implement engagement strategies.

5. Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Handle grievances with sensitivity, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Ensure proper documentation and resolution of employee issues.
  • Escalate critical matters to senior management as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
