Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for independently managing the complete HR operations of the branch. This role ensures smooth functioning across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR administration, while serving as the primary HR point of contact for all employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations for the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer closure.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations, and appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and branch-level HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with department heads to support manpower planning and workforce needs.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management.
  • Act as the HR representative for escalations, disciplinary actions, and branch-level HR decisions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in core HR operations, preferably with branch-level responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll inputs, compliance, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
