Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Administrator to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our office infrastructure and ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant. The ideal candidate will manage vendor coordination, maintenance schedules, facility-related documentation, and ensure a comfortable workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and manage overall facility operations including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
· Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, electrical, and AMC services
· Maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies, and ensure timely replenishment
· Handle office infrastructure-related issues such as lighting, HVAC, plumbing, repairs, etc.
· Maintain records for facility expenses, contracts, and service agreements
· Oversee seating arrangements, workstation allocation, and physical office layout
· Assist in organizing internal events, moves, or renovations
· Ensure all facility activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
· Manage front office and reception-related support (if applicable)
· Liaise with building management and compliance authorities as required
Eligibility Criteria:
· Education: Any graduate
· Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar role preferred
· Age Limit: 22 to 45 years (Preferably Male)
Skills Required:
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to multitask and respond to emergencies
Work Schedule: Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
