We Are Hiring — QA/QC Executive (Fruits & Vegetables / Fresh Produce) Location: Sonipat, Delhi Experience: 2–4 years in QA/QC (F&V / Fresh Produce Sector) Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Microbiology, or related fields Key Responsibilities: ✔ Inspect and evaluate incoming fruits & vegetables (grading, freshness, maturity, pesticide residue compliance) ✔ Monitor storage, handling, and dispatch operations with proper cold-chain management ✔ Maintain temperature & humidity logs; oversee pest control activities ✔ Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GHP, GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000 standards ✔ Train staff on hygiene and safe handling practices ✔ Maintain all QA/QC documentation, traceability records, and support internal & external audits Who We’re Looking For: A quality-focused professional passionate about food safety, fresh produce quality, and operational excellence .
