Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruitment and HR operations work at Taloja location in Navi Mumbai. Your main tasks will include screening candidates" resumes, sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, preparing recruitment materials, updating job descriptions, maintaining daily reports and MIS, conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals. Key Responsibilities: - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Maintain daily reports and MIS - Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods - Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations - Preferred experience in recruitment and HR operations for 2 years - Location preference for work is Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the Taloja location in Navi Mumbai.,
