Job Title: Female Content Creator Location: Mohali, India Experience: 2–3 years Budget: ₹30,000/month Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Content Ideation & Strategy: Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand objectives. Scriptwriting: Craft compelling scripts for videos, ads, reels, and long-form content. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos using basic equipment. On-Camera Presence: Act confidently in front of the camera, delivering content with authenticity and energy. Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding. Analytics: Monitor content performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or media environment. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Comfortable and confident on camera, with the ability to engage and connect with the audience.
