Associate Lawyer

Candidates who have studied, lived, or worked in Australia, New Zealand, or overseas are encouraged to apply for the position. The ideal candidate must be available from Monday to Friday between 4.30 AM to 01.30 PM IST. Prior experience in an international phone-based customer service or call center environment will be advantageous. We are seeking an experienced lawyer who can thrive in an internationally dynamic, fast-paced setting. The role involves interacting with Australian customers and insurance companies, necessitating strong communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Proficiency in PC usage and customer service is vital for success in this position. **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Engage in communication via phone and emails with insurance companies and clients in Australia. - Fulfill other ad hoc administrative duties as needed by the business. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** - Previous experience living or working in Australia & New Zealand. - Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal). - Legal experience or candidates with a Law Degree are preferred. - Ability to conduct research and analyze legal problems when necessary. - Basic computer knowledge. - Experience in an international call center, customer service, recoveries, or settlements. - Minimum Qualification- Law Degree. - IELTS Exam scores would be a plus. - Prior international BPO experience is advantageous. **Benefits:** - Starting Salary: INR 40,000. - Work Place: Work from Office.
