Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed. Conduct reference checks and ensure proper documentation during onboarding. Facilitate new employee orientation programs. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other applicable labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related statutory changes and apply them as required. Prepare and maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings. 3. Leave & Attendance Management Maintain and implement leave policies in alignment with company standards and statutory guidelines. Monitor leave applications, maintain leave records, and ensure accuracy in leave balance. Coordinate with project managers across all sites to collect and verify daily/weekly/monthly attendance. Identify attendance discrepancies and follow up for resolution. 4. Payroll Support Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing accurate salary inputs including attendance, leave deductions, overtime, and other adjustments. Perform leave and salary calculations as per company policy and statutory norms. Coordinate with the finance/accounts department to ensure timely salary disbursement. 5. Employee Relations & HR Operations Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and attendance. Support performance management activities and maintain HR records and MIS reports.
