Warden (Male)

Job Description Warden – Safety, Health & Environment: Lead the site team for ensuring the safety and health of all residents, staff and visitors while creating and maintaining a serene, clean and green environment at the site. Site Security: Ensure the security of the entire site, including buildings and allied structures, residents, staff and visitors, using active and passive measures as appropriate. Housekeeping: Hiring, training (as needed) and managing housekeeping staff for cleanliness and orderliness of all facilities on site using appropriate management procedures Kitchen & Dining Operations: Oversee procurement, preparation and serving of nutritious food, ensuring clean & hygienic conditions at all times. Site Utilities : Management of utilities for smooth operations on site at all times, including procurement of goods & services for power, water, fuel, IT, etc. Repairs & Maintenance: Comprehensive on-site inventory of spares and service vendors, including vendor management to ensure cost effective and proactive site management Accounting & Documentation: Create and actively manage accounts for all procurements and services rendered for site management, enabling anytime audits and facile document retrieval Human Relations: Hiring, training (as needed) and active engagement of all site management staff, ensuring discipline, high morale and motivation for a creating and sustaining a world class facility Miscellaneous: Establish positive relationships with residents, parents and stakeholders Maintain confidentiality regarding site information, staff, residents and their family information ü Active engagement during visits and presentations to parents, official stakeholders/VIP’s Any other work assigned by the Management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
